💼 About This Role

You'll perform as Manager-on-Duty, supervising and coaching team members in a fun, fast-paced bakery environment. You'll lead staff onboarding and support store operations like ordering and inventory control. This role offers starting pay up to $22/hr plus bonuses and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty when Store Ops Manager is absent
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members in sales and deliveries
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and Applicant Tracking System
• Availability for 1-2 mid-to-late shifts Thursday-Sunday
