Requirements

• Senior product management experience in payments, billing, or healthcare financial systems
• Technical depth in payment reconciliation, claims, or payer integrations
• Ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional influence
• Experience with AI integration in financial workflows is a plus
• Strong execution and partnership with engineering, operations, and finance

Responsibilities

• Own provider payment workflows, payment reconciliation, clinic portal enhancements
• Drive transition from manual to programmatic reconciliation at significant volume
• Own claims-based billing: claim generation, submission, remittance processing, and CMAC readiness
• Evolve payer integration touchpoints including COB and insurance discovery
• Build and improve clinic portal with real-time claims and payments visibility
