💼 About This Role

You'll provide comprehensive primary care to a senior patient population, working autonomously within a small, collaborative team. You'll manage chronic conditions and promote wellness through education and preventive care. This role requires Cantonese fluency to serve a patient base that primarily speaks Cantonese.

📋 Requirements
