💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for US, Australia, and international locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll collaborate with HR and PEO partners, manage transitions between providers, and scale processes for a rapidly growing global team. This role offers the opportunity to shape payroll infrastructure at a fast-growing tech company backed by $220M+ funding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end payroll lifecycle for US, Australia, and international locations via PEO partners
• Maintain and update employee data including onboarding, terminations, and compensation changes
• Review and verify timesheets, PTO, overtime, and other earnings or deductions
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries in NetSuite

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of US and international payroll administration experience, preferably through a PEO
• Hands-on experience with major PEO providers such as ADP, Vensure, Insperity, TriNet, or similar
• Strong understanding of US payroll laws and tax regulations (federal, state, local)
• Strong experience with multi-state payroll including varying state tax and compliance requirements

• Proven experience managing a transition between PEO providers including data migration and process implementation
• Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency or analyze payroll data
