Description
You will build and scale the operational engine behind go-to-market teams, owning data, process, and execution to drive pipeline generation, sales productivity, customer retention, and revenue forecasting. You'll architect how Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success work together to win and retain enterprise clients, ensuring predictable growth and accelerating revenue across the full customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or GTM Strategy
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS, preferably with AI, data, or developer-focused platforms
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems (e.g., Pardot, ZoomInfo, Segment/Rudderstack, Optimizely/VWO)
Responsibilities
- Own GTM operating system including full-funnel processes, lead lifecycle stages, handoff criteria, SLAs, and territory/account structures
- Own revenue forecasting methodologies, reporting infrastructure, and KPI frameworks across GTM teams
- Deliver executive dashboards on funnel health, stage conversions, sales velocity, CAC, retention, LTV
- Manage GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, Segment/Rudderstack, Optimizely/VWO) and drive automation and data integrity
- Analyze funnel stage performance to identify bottlenecks and optimize outreach, lead scoring, routing, and account prioritization
