You'll be the strategic partner to a portfolio of enterprise customers, helping them turn process orchestration and automation goals into real outcomes. You'll drive retention and expansion while collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape Customer Success practices at a fast-growing leader.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers as primary strategic partner from onboarding through renewal.
- Drive retention and expansion by managing health, risk, and opportunities across accounts.
- Lead structured customer conversations aligning Camunda capabilities to customer outcomes.
- Use data to prioritize actions, forecast outcomes, and make recommendations.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or customer-facing consulting in B2B software.
- Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.
- Experience supporting or owning renewals and expansion in a recurring revenue model.
- Ability to interpret customer data (adoption, health signals) and turn it into insights.

- Experience with orchestration, automation or adjacent domains (process improvement, workflow).
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight or similar CRM/CS platforms.
- Track record of mentoring peers or contributing to playbooks.
