Description

You will drive private event revenue at Dignity Health Sports Park, blending strategic marketing with proactive sales to position the venue as a premier destination for corporate and social events. You'll manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred
• 4-6 years experience in sales/events, preferably in hospitality, sports, or venue management
• Experience in marketing including campaign development and digital marketing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and meeting sales goals

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through networking, outreach, and partnerships
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for private events
• Manage facility calendar and scheduling platform to maximize space utilization
• Serve as liaison between clients and venue caterer to ensure event alignment
• Conduct market research and lead venue tours and presentations
