Description

You will lead IT infrastructure and end-user services, providing strategic planning and hands-on technical leadership for complex implementations while managing directors and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the organization's technology stack.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere, KVM), enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), and network architecture
• Experience with data center operations, including colocation management and capacity planning
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms, ServiceNow preferred
• Proven leadership managing infrastructure and support teams
• Advanced troubleshooting and solution design across multiple technology domains

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of Infrastructure Operations and End-User Services leadership
• Strategic planning, operational reporting, and capacity planning for infrastructure
• Hands-on technical leadership for complex implementations and escalations
• Ensure systems are patched and secured in accordance with company policy
• Coordinate budget planning and capital expenditure recommendations
