  • Assess client needs through daily calls and email correspondence.
  • Ensure client satisfaction via Zendesk follow-up and responsiveness.
  • Distinguish production support from development requests and coordinate resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • 1โ€“3+ years of experience in customer success or technical support.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk or similar customer service software.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a dynamic environment.
