You'll manage support requests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong relationships across the customer lifecycle, working hybrid from our London office. - Assess client needs through daily calls and email correspondence.
- Ensure client satisfaction via Zendesk follow-up and responsiveness.
- Distinguish production support from development requests and coordinate resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and manage multiple priorities.
๐ Requirements
- 1โ3+ years of experience in customer success or technical support.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency with Zendesk or similar customer service software.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a dynamic environment.
