You'll define the scientific strategy for a tRNA therapeutic platform and lead programs from discovery through IND. Your work will directly impact treating rare genetic diseases with no current options. This remote-first leadership role offers broad strategic influence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead scientific strategy and R&D roadmap
• Oversee dual tRNA modality programs for rare diseases
• Lead translational research aligning RNA biology with clinical applications
• Drive optimization of AAV-based constructs and delivery systems

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field
• 8–12+ years biotech/pharma R&D with scientific leadership
• Strong expertise in RNA biology and gene therapy modalities
• Hands-on experience with AAV vector design and preclinical workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LNP or alternative delivery technologies
• Background in rare diseases or platform-based therapeutics
• Non-human primate study experience
