You'll own end-to-end inventory accuracy across all accounts and regions, ensuring alignment with financial reporting and IFRS. You'll partner cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements while building strong working relationships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end inventory and offsite equipment accountability across the company
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end inventory close activities
• Identify and mitigate inventory and asset risk, including aging and obsolescence
• Establish and enforce inventory and fixed asset controls for audit readiness

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, finance, or operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivots, lookups)
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems
• Experience supporting audits or compliance initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in hardware-enabled SaaS or supply chain
• Experience with SQL, Looker, or Tableau
• Familiarity with large datasets for generating insights
