💼 About This Role

You'll own the full-lifecycle commissioning execution of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems on hyperscale data center projects. As the senior on-site commissioning leader, you'll align trade contractors, engineers, and client representatives around a single accountable plan, ensuring facilities are delivered fully operational on schedule. This role offers the opportunity to shape the trajectory of superintelligence at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own field commissioning program across all MEP systems on hyperscale data centers
• Lead pre-functional testing, functional performance testing, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
• Coordinate startup and energization sequencing of mechanical and electrical systems
• Conduct field walks, installation reviews, and quality inspections for compliance

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive field commissioning and supervision experience with hyperscale data centers (100MW+)
• Current or recent Superintendent title with ownership of commissioning programs from mobilization to acceptance
• Deep mechanical expertise in commissioning chillers, dry coolers, fan coil units, pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC in redundant data center facilities
• Hands-on knowledge of switchgear, UPS, generators, BMS, and EPMS for integrated MEP commissioning
