Description

As a Senior Value Engineer at Celonis, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their end-to-end value journey using the Process Intelligence Platform. You'll identify high-impact use cases, build business cases, run value workshops, and engage with C-level executives to drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in analytical customer-facing role (e.g., Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT/Management Consulting) with SaaS or consultancy
• Knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), RPA, BI tools, and building dashboards; Python and/or SQL skills
• Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures
• Project management experience including planning, scoping, and managing timelines across multiple projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German; ability to engage with C-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame value by translating customer strategic priorities into Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks to win new customers
• Undertake value assessments and communicate value opportunity and roadmap to C-level executives
• Facilitate business value workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
• Build strategic expansion roadmap for customers to drive adoption and expansion
