You'll lead a portfolio of autonomous vehicle markets for Lyft's Flexdrive subsidiary, translating strategic direction into field execution. You'll ensure consistent fleet readiness, safety compliance, and partner relationships across multiple sites. This role offers a chance to shape the operational backbone for the future of mobility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive fleet readiness and demand targets across portfolio markets
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards across all sites
• Develop and coach Operations Managers to sustain high performance
• Own AV Partner relationship and program-level compliance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive operational leadership
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-market operations
• Proven track record leading managers in a safety-critical environment
