🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity across HR systems
• Serve as first point of contact for employee HR queries
• Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR or People Ops
• Experience with HRIS systems like Justworks, Rippling, Workday, BambooHR
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Experience supporting global or distributed teams
• Exposure to compliance across multiple jurisdictions
