📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with security or platform exposure
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization (RBAC, RLS), audit logging
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Experience in remote, asynchronous environments with strong written communication
