Head of Platform Sales, AUNZ

Description

You will lead and coach a team of sales executives to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts in the AUNZ region, while also personally driving strategic C-suite conversations and closing large deals. You'll own go-to-market execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to align strategy and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of sales experience
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Experience working with AUNZ markets
  • Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team
  • Ability to build executive relationships with customers and ecosystem partners

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop and lead a team of sales professionals focused on the Platform segment across AUNZ
  • Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team, managing day-to-day operations and sales metrics
  • Accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high growth rates
  • Drive deal strategy, pipeline development, opportunity management, and forecasting
  • Build and maintain enduring customer relationships up to C-level
