💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Hadrian's first dedicated People Compliance Manager, owning compliance programs across federal contractor obligations, ITAR, and California employment law. You'll operate cross-functionally with People leadership, Legal, and business leaders to build scalable solutions. This role offers the chance to shape compliance culture at a fast-growing aerospace manufacturer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as authority on People compliance, advising leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Build compliance program architecture: risk assessments, audit calendars, governance frameworks.
• Own ITAR, California employment law, and Cal/OSHA regulatory compliance for People.
• Translate regulations into practical solutions, building training and reporting mechanisms.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of HR compliance experience in a federal contractor or defense/aerospace environment.
• Direct hands-on experience with OFCCP, ITAR, E-Verify, and California employment law.
• Proven ability to build compliance programs from scratch.
• Track record as a trusted advisor translating regulatory complexity into practical guidance.

• Experience with DCSA, OFCCP, or CA DLSE audits.
• Security clearance administration or FSO coordination experience.
• Familiarity with CMMC workforce documentation or Cal/OSHA manufacturing obligations.
