🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead agentic AI architecture and production deployment
• Develop clinical operations agents for scheduling, intake, and care coordination
• Build clinician copilots for documentation and treatment support
• Define agentic substrate: eval frameworks, guardrails, tool registries

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on agentic systems design including tool use and multi-agent orchestration
• Track record of end-to-end complex technical initiative ownership
• Strong communication skills across executive and engineering contexts

• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and clinical data
