You'll partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on strategic planning and execution, driving operational excellence through process optimization and tool management. You'll leverage analytics and insights to measure KPIs and guide decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on bookings, planning, and capacity modeling.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing customer-related processes and tools.
• Lead core operating rhythms including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business reviews.
• Leverage analytics to measure KPIs, identify trends, and guide team decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and outcomes-focused mindset.
• Data fluency with Excel and a BI platform (e.g., Tableau).
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and other GTM systems (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesloft).

• Experience in Fintech or SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with quote-to-close processes.
