• Strengthen leadership capabilities across teams through coaching, prioritization support, and performance guidance.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or ML domains.
• 3–5+ years in leadership positions within product-focused organizations.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving ML systems and analytics.
• Fluency in both English and Russian (written and verbal).
