Description

You will execute Peloton's Customs policies and procedures, focusing on compliance with US and Canada border regulations. You'll oversee Customs brokers, audit import data, assign HTS classifications, and improve the global trade compliance program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years relevant experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Customs regulations and HTS
• Customs Broker License is a plus
• Experience with ThomsonReuters ONESOURCE GTM is a plus
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit accuracy of global Customs brokers
• Conduct audits of import data and duty payments using ACE and CARM portals
• Assign HTS classifications for new SKUs and product lines
• Execute duty drawback and value reconciliation programs
• Conduct Denied Party Screening in Global Trade Management tool
