You'll design AI-native experiences for Search Copilot and Ada, turning powerful AI tools into intuitive workflow partners. Your core impact will be shaping how users interact with probabilistic systems across meetings, messages, and documents. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design AI-native search and assistant experiences across product surfaces
• Simplify complex AI outputs into actionable, user-friendly workflows
• Craft microcopy for prompts, empty states, and AI explanations
• Rapidly prototype new interaction patterns with voice and conversational interfaces

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of product design experience
• Experience designing for AI-powered tools or intelligent systems
• Strong interaction design and micro-interaction skills
• Ability to prototype quickly and iterate in fast-paced environments
