You'll drive growth by building SMB relationships and owning inbound demand for AI voice agent technology. Your core impact is running tight sales cycles and hitting ambitious quota. This is a founding sales role with the opportunity to shape telli's SMB playbook.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Run tight, high-velocity sales cycles end-to-end
- Own all inbound SMB demand: sign-ups, demos, qualification
- Build own outbound pipeline through cold outreach and events
- Hit ambitious quota and contribute to telli's growth
- Feed structured signal back into product and strategy
๐ Requirements
- 1+ years quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS/tech closing role
- Fast follow-up on inbound within minutes
- Hunter mindset: can manufacture pipeline when inbound runs dry
- Business-level German and English
- On-site 5 days a week in Berlin
