💼 About This Role

You'll support Point C members by resolving prescription issues with accuracy and compassion. You'll coordinate with providers and pharmacies to ensure seamless service within plans using CVS or Carelon as the PBM. This role is highly service-oriented and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on member experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and return voicemails from members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve prescription-related issues for members.
• Coordinate with providers' offices and retail/mail-order pharmacies.
• Document all actions in the ticketing system and Acuity.

📋 Requirements

• Active or eligible Pharmacy Technician license/certification.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare customer service.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and medication terminology.
• Experience troubleshooting with PBMs like CVS or Carelon preferred.
