💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve Launch Potato's cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platform, and compliance posture. You will build the SRE function from the ground up so product teams can ship faster without compromising reliability, security, or cost control.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build SRE practice from scratch: on-call rotation, PagerDuty config, SLAs
• Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero downtime
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence
• Version and publish Terraform module library to private registry
• Implement automated deployment rollback for ECS and Lambda

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years AWS production experience with Terraform
• Hands-on SRE function setup and ownership
• Experience with multi-site PaaS or microservices
• CI/CD pipeline ownership in production
• Experience with PagerDuty and on-call rotations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry and Grafana
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance
• Knowledge of cost optimization in AWS
