You'll own full-cycle recruiting for complex G&A functions at a high-growth company, acting as a strategic talent advisor. You'll shape hiring strategies and provide a white-glove candidate experience. This role offers the chance to build recruiting processes from scratch in a scrappy environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for G&A functions across IT, Finance, Legal, etc.
  • Consult with executives and hiring managers on role definition and interview design.
  • Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, and personal network.
  • Use Greenhouse and recruiting metrics to track pipeline health and optimize strategies.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or startup environment.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse and GEM as a power user.
  • Strong communication skills to engage executives and candidates empathetically.
  • Analytical mindset using KPIs to influence hiring decisions.

  • Experience building recruiting processes from scratch.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing technologies beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
