You'll assist in executing talent and leadership programs within Carvana's Learning and Development team, supporting onboarding, leadership development, and internal mobility. Your core impact will ensure effective delivery of training experiences that drive employee growth. This in-person role at Tempe HQ offers hands-on collaboration with People Operations and business leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in execution of program curriculum and training experiences
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly new hire orientation
• Support facilitation of instructor-led training events
• Manage lessons and courses in Workday Learning LMS

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited undergraduate institution
• 2+ years experience in program facilitation or HR/L&D
• Experience with HR technology/HRIS systems
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
