You'll identify and engage top talent for a Google Cloud consulting firm, sourcing candidates across LATAM. Your work directly supports building pipelines for technical roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process in a fast-paced environment. This contract role requires 10-15 hours weekly and is remote within Mexico.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices.
• Maintain candidate data in Lever ATS.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years sourcing for a technology company.
• Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
