💼 About This Role

You'll join the Technology FP&A team at Datavant, architecting financial models and driving forecasts for the Technology P&L. Your core impact will be enabling real-time visibility into spend and performance by designing executive dashboards and KPI reporting. This role stands out for its high autonomy and ownership in building scalable financial infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive monthly/quarterly forecasting for the Technology P&L.
• Architect and maintain multi-scenario financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and report to business leaders.
• Design and maintain executive-facing financial dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on an Enterprise FP&A team.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including lookups and VBA.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Prior experience with P&L forecasting and variance analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with capitalization (Cap Dev) and allocations.
• Familiarity with BI tools and data pipelines.
