- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor driving best practices and innovation.
- Partner with sales to identify expansions and new opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- BA/BS in CS or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Customer Success or customer-facing role
- Technical understanding of DevOps, monitoring, or cloud-native platforms
- Experience with complex multi-divisional customers
