  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical objectives.

  • Partner with sales to identify expansions and new opportunities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BA/BS in CS or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or customer-facing role
  • Technical understanding of DevOps, monitoring, or cloud-native platforms
  • Experience with complex multi-divisional customers
