💼 About This Role

You'll join Skydio's hardware team to sustain and validate complex drone systems. You'll own cross-functional issue resolution and electrical failure analysis to improve product reliability. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge autonomous flight technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own deep cross-functional analysis on system-level problems
• Perform electrical failure analysis on customer returns and RMAs
• Execute design changes for reliability and manufacturability
• Drive electrical component and PCB changes and validation

📋 Requirements

• Strong electrical validation and test experience
• Able to root cause PCBA and system-level failures
• Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit design
• Proficiency in schematic design

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high speed camera interfaces (MIPI CSI, D-PHY, C-PHY)
• History of collecting and analyzing field data
• Familiarity with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
