You will define and drive the long-term vision for the investing experience at SoFi, leading cross-functional initiatives to help millions of members build wealth. Your work will shape how members discover, engage with, and grow their investments, directly impacting key business outcomes like AUM growth and retention.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2C product management experience
• Track record of owning large, complex product areas
• Strong product sense and ability to make principled tradeoffs
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Deep understanding of experimentation, analytics, and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for investing experience
• Lead complex cross-org initiatives aligning engineering, design, data, marketing, risk, legal
• Own end-to-end product outcomes including funded accounts, net deposits, engagement, retention, AUM growth
• Drive data-informed decision making with measurement frameworks and insights
• Mentor PMs and elevate product thinking across teams
