You'll build dashboards and data sources for self-serve analytics at a hypergrowth fintech powering stablecoin payments. You'll own metric quality and insights discovery, turning messy signals into clear priorities and actions. This role offers massive impact in a flat, high-agency team backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build dashboards and data sources for self-serve analytics.
• Establish a rhythm for insights discovery and surfacing what matters.
• Own metric quality with Product and Engineering stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills including complex joins and messy schemas.
• Advanced BI experience with Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar.
• 5–8+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles.
• Structured problem-solving and end-to-end analysis ownership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Python proficiency for analysis/automation (pandas, notebooks).
• Experience in fintech or payments.
• Familiarity with modern data stack (dbt, dimensional modeling).
