💼 About This Role

You'll own the product backlog for the Air pod at TripArc, managing how new carrier and GDS connectivity options are evaluated and onboarded. Your core impact is translating air-specific concepts like fare construction and NDC into clear requirements for the development team. This role stands out because you'll work at the intersection of travel technology and product management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct needs assessments with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements
• Evaluate new carrier, GDS, NDC, and consolidator offerings
• Create and manage the Product Backlog including prioritization and grooming
• Write acceptance criteria and user stories with technical detail

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst
• Ability to read and interpret REST API documentation
• Strong backlog management and Scrum facilitation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Postman or equivalent API testing tools
• Working knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
• Experience with travel booking tools or GDSs (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport)
