Description

As a Nurse Practitioner at Midi Health, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions in a fully remote, telehealth setting. You'll conduct quality visits that allow time to listen and educate, supported by expert-developed protocols and a collaborative team, helping close the gender health gap.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state; Washington residency required
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care
• Conduct purposeful virtual appointments focused on listening, educating, and personalizing care
• Utilize expert-developed clinical pathways including hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed via the platform
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical leaders
