Description

In this role, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems that generate business and scientific insights, particularly in competitive intelligence and strategy contexts. You'll work with LLMs, multi-agent systems, and advanced retrieval architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions.

Requirements

• MSc, PhD, or equivalent experience in AI, ML, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
• Experience with multi-agent systems or tool-calling frameworks
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for model metrics

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI systems including LLM-powered applications
• Architect and implement multi-agent systems and tool-calling frameworks
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines and vector-based retrieval systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align AI solutions with business objectives
• Implement evaluation frameworks for model accuracy, coverage, and bias detection
