You'll partner with Product Managers and Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents handling thousands of customer conversations. You'll drive agent development combining product strategy, conversational design, and customer insight. This role offers direct exposure to high-impact AI agent projects.

• Partner with customers to drive AI strategies
• Design and refine conversational AI agents
• Manage multiple complex agent development projects
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong technical expertise in software development and product management
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
