💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 outpatient therapy in patients' homes using Luna's tech-enabled platform, treating ortho, neuro, and geriatric cases. You'll enjoy autonomy and flexibility with no productivity requirements and minimal admin work. This is outpatient therapy in a home setting, not traditional home health.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes
• Document patient care via voice-to-text mobile app
• Manage schedule and visit frequency autonomously
• Treat a mix of ortho, neuro, and geriatric patients

📋 Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
