🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer calls, chats and emails with care and confidence
  • Guide members towards tools and upgrades that support their goals
  • Solve tricky issues by listening, thinking critically, and using sound judgement
  • Share feedback to improve support and reduce repeat contact

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a membership or B2B environment
  • Excellent communication skills, clear, calm and compassionate
  • A logical, problem-solving mindset with methodical approach
  • Comfortable using Salesforce Service Cloud, GSuite and AI-powered tools
