You'll research and engage AEC industry prospects using AI-powered tools to generate qualified leads for Joist AI's pursuit enablement platform. Your conversations uncover real problems and schedule meetings with Account Executives.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Research accounts and prospects using AI-powered tools
- Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify interest and determine fit for Joist AI
- Schedule meetings and hand off to Account Executives
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year of B2B SaaS sales or SDR experience
- Strong conversational skills and ability to ask good questions
- Comfort using AI tools in daily work
- Ability to learn new tools quickly with minimal guidance
โจ Nice to Have
- AEC sector or construction technology experience
- HubSpot or similar CRM experience
- Comfort with AI-powered sales tools
