You'll provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism using evidence-based ABA practices. You'll collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to create meaningful progress.
π― What You'll Do
- Complete Corticaβs orientation and BCAT training
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA
- Document session data to track and support treatment goals
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments
π Requirements
- Experience working with children
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays
