You'll join a 50+ fast-paced support team providing excellent service to global customers. You'll resolve issues for our websites and escalate complex requests. You'll have unlimited growth opportunities including internal courses and a switch the position day.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with English-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone
• Resolve user issues related to websites and services
• Escalate complex requests like refunds or technical problems
• Participate in trainings and lectures for career growth

📋 Requirements

• English level B1 or higher
• Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month, 23:00-7:00)
• Experience in customer support via phone, email, chat, or in-person
• Initiative and organizational skills
