You'll support the day-to-day leadership and operations of our first-ever public gym in Wynwood, Miami, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience. You'll lead by example on the gym floor, fostering an inclusive, high-energy culture. This role offers the chance to bring Gymshark's vision to life in a brand-new fitness venue.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily gym operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and service readiness.
• Hire, lead, and develop a diverse high-performing team with real-time coaching.
• Protect and elevate member experience by resolving facility and service issues.
• Deputize for Gym General Manager, overseeing operations and people leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Gym/Fitness Club Operations experience in a high-volume environment.
• Member Customer Service Excellence with de-escalation and problem-solving skills.
• Health and Safety Knowledge with adherence to policies and regulations.
• Flexible Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• CPR Certified.
• Experience with ABC IGNITE operating system.
