You'll own the global customer advocacy and reference program, defining strategy and operating model aligned to GTM priorities. You'll build a referenceable customer base and drive customer advocacy content to support sales, campaigns, and PR. This role combines operational rigor with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the global customer advocacy and reference program strategy and operating model
- Build and maintain a centralized library of reference customers and advocacy assets
- Manage end-to-end customer advocacy content production and approvals
- Design scalable workflows for intake, reference matching, and tracking
- Measure and report on program effectiveness and business impact
๐ Requirements
- 4โ7+ years in Customer Marketing or customer references programs
- Proven experience scaling customer reference programs globally
- Hands-on experience with CRM or reference platforms and data quality
- Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience applying automation and AI tools in advocacy programs
- Background in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
- Knowledge of customer reference governance and consent management
