Description

You will provide expert legal advice on derivatives and OTC trading, drafting and negotiating key documentation like ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes. Collaborating with trading desks and compliance teams, you'll shape legal strategies that support global trading operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in derivatives, capital markets, or trading documentation legal work
• Strong knowledge of ISDA agreements, CSA, and global OTC derivatives regulations
• Proven track record advising clients on derivatives documentation and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, and other derivatives documents
• Provide legal guidance on derivatives transactions and OTC trading compliance
• Collaborate with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams on transactions and regulatory initiatives
• Manage legal, risk, and compliance issues for clients in derivatives and financial services
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes in global derivatives rules
