• Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing product design organization.
• Define and uphold the design vision and craft standards across all product surfaces.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end design direction for enterprise product experiences and AI-driven features.
• Establish scalable design processes and collaboration frameworks.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design.
• 7+ years in leadership roles managing design teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interaction design and visual design.
• Proven experience designing enterprise or complex SaaS products.
