💼 About This Role

You'll own finance end-to-end at a Series A startup building an AI platform for aviation safety. Your work will directly shape strategic decisions and help scale the company from early to growth stage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain multi-year, multi-scenario financial models
• Own annual planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly forecast cadence
• Partner with GTM and product leadership on pricing strategy
• Manage external bookkeeping, accounting, and tax providers

📋 Requirements

• 6–12+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance leadership
• Startup experience strongly preferred
• Expert-level financial modeling skills
• Experience supporting pricing and market segmentation work

✨ Nice to Have

• Fundraising support experience
• Familiarity with government or defense contracting economics
• Familiarity with startup finance tooling
