You'll partner with strategic enterprise customers to ensure they derive sustained operational value from Observe by Snowflake. You'll embed with SRE, DevOps, and platform teams to drive platform adoption and optimization, acting as a trusted technical advisor in complex enterprise environments.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Optimize datasets, queries, dashboards, and alerts for reliability and cost
  • Lead regular health checks, architecture reviews, and proactive improvement initiatives
  • Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities aligned to customer outcomes
  • Coordinate technical escalations and advocate across Support, Engineering, and Product

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or observability engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, or Elastic
  • Practical experience with OpenTelemetry signals, instrumentation, and pipelines
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience standardizing telemetry strategies with OpenTelemetry
  • Experience modernizing from legacy monitoring to modern platforms
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes
