Description

You will use data strategically to drive growth, retention, and engagement across our B2C marketplace. Partner with cross-functional teams to design and measure initiatives, translate data into narratives for leadership, and build scalable frameworks to monitor marketplace health.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or related quantitative field
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into clear, human-centered solutions
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Strong business intuition and curiosity to uncover the 'why' behind data
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with large, complex datasets

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to design and measure strategic initiatives
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership
• Design and implement A/B experiments to evaluate new strategies and measure impact
• Build scalable analytical frameworks to monitor marketplace health and surface opportunities/risks
• Act as thought partner to business leaders, proactively identifying questions and opportunities
